Project Plan

There have been many books and articles written about the death of William Rufus, particularly on the internet.

I plan to:

1. Set objectives for the Project including a Template to analyse each publication obtained.

2. Collect & list a representative sample of publications about the death of William Rufus and the Rufus Stone

3. Contact our local historian for additional information

4. Consider visiting the Christopher Tower Reference Library in Lyndhurst to obtain additional information

5. Consider visiting Reading Museum to obtain additional information on Henry I's accession to the throne

6. Consider visiting Hampshire Record Office to obtain additional information

7. Analyse each publication obtained aginst the Template

8. Maintain articles in my website including entries in:
- the Main Index
- What's New and
- Progress To Date

9. Write Interm Reports and Final Conclusions
