Visit to Market Deeping near Stamford, Lincolnshire May 2025
Following the death of Colin Jeffrey, Chris' First Cousin, we visited Market Deeping to see the bungalow Colin lived in at 6 Courtfields.
We had not seen Colin for many years, so were pleased to see to where he had moved from Enfield and get a sense of how he lived.
He had taken a lot of his parents' furniture with him but there was up to date electronic equipment.
His neighbour told us that he was keen on walking and taking photographs of wildlife and there were a number of photographs of birds that had been framed. He had clearly been on a number of overseas holidays and momentos were on display.
